How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Any order placed before midday will be dispatched the same working day. Order placed after this cut of point will be dispatch the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order on the POLLOR store, you will be provided with an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing order tracking information from our trusted couriers.
Do you offer internation shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping for our products. We can only fulfil domestic order placed in the UK, excluding Norther Ireland.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
An automatic email will be sent to you after you place your order, containing a downloadable VAT invoice. This invoice will display both the delivery and billing address you provide for your order and the checkout.
Can I return an item that I no longer want?
If you no longer want an item you have purchased from our store, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and returned with all included components, it is possible to arrange a return for a refund.
