POLLOR Delivery Terms and Conditions

All orders will be processed using the delivery rules listed below. Upon placing an order, delivery information, including parcel tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Please refer to the specific information in the email, as the courier will be dependent on the item which you have purchased from our store.

Delivery Zones

We use delivery zones to categorise our offering across the UK.

Zone A – England, Wales

Zone B – Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands

Zone C – Scottish Highlands and Islands

Zone D – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles

Delivery to Northern Island is currently unavailable.

Deliveries of items weighing up to 30kg

For items weighing up to 30kg, your item(s) will be sent using the DPD Next Day delivery service. Parcels weighing less than 30kg can be delivered anywhere in the UK.

For live tracking information is available in the order information you will receive after placing an order on our store. Additional text information available if mobile phone number provided.

Deliveries of items weighing over 30kg

For items weighing over 30kg, your item will be sent with a specialist courier Inter City Logistics. Exclusions apply to parcels weighing more than 30kg.

Delivery conditions of items weighing over 30kg;

1. Specialist courier will deliver on the specified delivery day.
2. Failure to accept the delivery of items over 30kg, will result in a surcharge. To arrange for the delivery, a surcharge will need to be paid to reschedule the delivery. Refusal or unwillingness to pay the surcharge will result in a cancellation of your order, with a partial refund covering the cost of the surcharge amount.
