POLLOR Warranty Terms and Conditions
- For orders which fall outside of the 30-day return period, we offer a hassle free 12-month warranty with all of our items. This warranty provides cover for items supplied by Apex Brands Limited, which develop a fault within the 12-month period following the order date.
- Products which have been purchased from Apex Brands Limited, which have been used in a commercial setting, are covered by a 6-month warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover faults which arise from incorrect use or improper handling. If it is deemed that the item specific user instructions were not followed, or if warnings were ignored, which led to the development of the fault, no warranty cover will be offered. The faulty item can be sent back to you at your own expense, otherwise it will be disposed of.
- The warranty cover provided will be subject to a full investigation into the identified fault. If the identified fault is determined to fall within the scope of the warranty, we will provide you with one of three possible resolutions;
- Supply of replacement parts: We will supply a replacement part to resolve the fault you are experiencing with your item. We will use this type of cover, where it is deemed a replacement part will bring your POLLOR item back to full working condition. These parts are supplied without any additional cover with respect to the cost of fitting the replacement part.
- Exchange for a replacement: We will send you a new replacement unit in exchange for the faulty unit. We will use this type of cover, where it is deemed that the item cannot be repaired to a full working condition through the supply of replacement parts. The item will need to be returned to our returns address. A replacement will be sent to your chosen delivery address, following the return of the faulty unit. Information regarding the return address and delivery of the replacement unit will be provided via email.
- Store credit or refund: In the event that the item which you have purchased has been discontinued and a direct substitute is unavailable, you will have the option to return the item for store credit which can be used against any item on our store, or you we will send you a full refund for your order. Information regarding the use of the store credit or refund warranty option will be provided via email.
- Orders which fall outside of the 12-month warranty period are not covered by any part of the warranty. Get in touch with one of the aftersales team to discuss the options which may be available with regards to spare parts and common faults.
