POLLOR Return Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are offered with a 30-day money back guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions;
   1. The item has not been used, and it is in its original packaging.
   2. Any contents included with the item, are returned alongside the main item.
   3. The cost of returning the item will be covered by you, the buyer.
   4. Any violation of condition 1a and or 1b, will result in the following charges, deducted from the value of the final refund amount;
      1. Original packaging missing: -50% of the refund amount
      2. Original packaging damaged: – 15% of the refund amount
      3. Missing contents: Price will be determined by the aftersales team

2. All returns to be preauthorised by our aftersales team. You, the buyer, must get in touch with our aftersales team at returns@pollor.co.uk.

3. A return is not possible for orders which elapse the 30-day money back guarantee period.
